The Treek Route

1 hour 55 minutes (32.7 km)

The Treek-Henschoten estate in one of the largest private estates in the Netherlands. On this cycle route, the dry nature of the hills and ridges in Utrecht develops gradually into the damper nature of the low-lying valley in Gelderland. Due to this, the route goes through a very varied natural area.

You can download this cycling route on your GPS device. It is also available in the Fiestroutes door Amersfoort en Omstreken booklet which you can buy at the tourist office in Amersfoort for €4.95.

Are you not in possession of a bike? It is possible to rent bikes at one of the bike rental agencies in Amersfoort or in the surrounding area.
