Discover the region between Lek & Linge with a visit to a cheese farm, where they sell home-made cheese or an ice cream farm with artisanal ice cream made from their own milk. Meet a glassblower or discover the craft of reed braiding with home-grown reed. The route also takes you past the typical Dutch landscape of meadows, floodplains and willow groves. You will also pass a beekeeper, fruit growers, visit Leerdam, the glass city of the Netherlands and you can take a trip to the nature reserve De Zouweboezem. The route gives a beautiful view of the area between the rivers Lek and Linge. And if you want, you have a well-filled shopping bag with regional products to enjoy at home and experience the region.
