Traverse the wooded areas to the Henschotermeer.
This route takes in the Boswachterij Austerlitz forestry in the northern part of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park. and includes extensive heathlands. Pause at the Beauforthuis and recharge in the Theatercafé or at the outdoor café before cycling to the Henschotermeer lake for a refreshing dip.

You can easily explore the area on foot or by bike from the Toeristisch Overstappunt (TOP; Tourist Transfer Point) Beauforthuis in Austerlitz.
