You can start this route at TOP Huis Doorn or at Landgoed Zonheuvel. A Tourist Transfer Point (TOP) is a starting point where you can leave your car and continue on foot, by bike or by boat. TOPs are easily reached by car and offer ample parking space. A large number of them are located near a hotel, restaurant and/or cafe and some of them have charging points for e-bikes.

Huis Doorn
In Huis Doorn, the history of the Netherlands during World War I is brought to life. Learn about the life and possessions of the German Emperor Wilhelm II who lived here until 1941.
Parc Broekhuizen
Hidden among the beauties of the Heuvelrug, Parc Broekhuizen is an imposing estate with very prestigious buildings. While the estate is hundreds of years old, the design is modern, with respect for the history and with some surprising elements.
Landgoed Zuylestein
The main entrance of the Zuylestein country estate, which dates from the fourteenth century, is located on the Leersum-Amerongen border by the Utrecht-Arnhem secondary road (N225).
Museum Castle Amerongen
The current castle dates from 1680 and was inhabited by families of diplomats and military people who played a prominent role in national and international politics. Today the Kasteel is a small-scale museum.
Hotel Landgoed Zonheuvel****
Landgoed Zonheuvel is a Hotel and Conference centre, located in the ‘Kaapse Bossen’ of Doorn, a forest part of National Park ‘Utrechtse Heuvelrug’. It is located approximately 25 km. from Utrecht City Centre.

This route starts at Landgoed Zonheuvel. Free parking and rental bikes/e-bikes are available here.
- Cross the intersection and continue straight ahead to reach Huis Doorn.
- After Huis Doorn, continue in the direction of the Maartenskerk (Church of St Martin), turning right at the intersection onto Leersumsestraatweg.
- After about 500 metres, turn right onto Schoonoordselaan. Follow the signs and green arrows to cycle junction 08.
- Continue via the cycle network, taking junctions: 10 - 11 - 18 - 17 - 65 - 69 - 18 - 11 - 12 - 71 - 70 - 07.
- After junction 07, continue straight on Maarnse Grindweg to reach Landgoed Maarsbergen.
- Return to cycle junction 07 and follow the signs towards junction 06. Instead of turning right on Amersfoortseweg to junction 06, turn left back to Landgoed Zonheuvel.
